George Chalhoub

Dr George Chalhoub is an Assistant Professor in Human-Computer Interaction at the UCL Interaction Centre (UCLIC), specializing in AI security, cybersecurity, and responsible technology. In addition to his role at UCLIC, he is the Chief Investment Officer at the Institute of AI.
He holds a DPhil in Cyber Security from the University of Oxford and is a current Faculty Associate at Harvard Law School's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society and an Associate Member of Oxford's Responsible Technology Institute. His research addresses critical security and privacy challenges in AI systems, with particular focus on emerging vulnerabilities in agentic AI browsers, prompt injection attacks, and human-centered approaches to cyber security. His work has been featured in Fortune magazine, Times Higher Education, and international media outlets. He is a recipient of the UK Global Talent Visa by UKRI.
